Group Fitness Classes have many benefits, they help with motivation, accountability, commitment and are enjoyable. They allow you to get an all body workout while having fun. All classes are designed for any level, our instructors are here to help you, modifications are always given and encouraged if needed.

MIXXEDFIT® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body-weight toning. WE PLAY ALL GENRES OF MUSIC. You will hear hits that you would hear on the radio from Top 40, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Reggae, and everything in between. OUR MOVES ARE REPETITIVE AND EASY TO FOLLOW. We do this so you can maximize your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography. We want you to leave the gym dripping in sweat! WE INCORPORATE BODY-WEIGHT TONING. You will perform effective body-weight exercises that will tone and sculpt your body. EVERYTHING WE DO IS EXPLOSIVE.  All of our movements are big, exaggerated, and at our very best.

ZUMBA® Perfect For: Everybody and Everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. How It Works: We take the "work" out of a workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Benefits A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

ZUMBA® TONING - Perfect For: Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning & sculpting those muscles! How It Works: The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Benefits: Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhance the sense of rhythm and coordination while toning target zones, including arms, core, and lower body. Weights are NOT Required.

AQUA ZUMBA® - perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine, Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® dance fitness philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you won’t want to miss.

DANCE MIX - Offers an assortment of dance fitness movements to a variety of genres of music. It's an aerobic interval workout, with high and low intensity that will let you sweat and smile through this energizing cardiovascular workout.

MASH UP - Combo of dance fitness formats such as ZUMBA, MIXXEDFIT, Cardio Dance, tone and more. Its an exhilarating cardio class to a variety of music and easy-to-follow moves combining fast & slow rhythms (interval training) to tone & sculpt your body.

The E-Mix and Beatz - Combo of dance fitness formats such as Zumba, Mixxefit, Cardio Dance, Commit Fitness and more. Its an exhilarating cardio class to a variety of music and easy-to-follow moves.

SILVERSNEAKERS® Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles balls, and more are offered for resistance and variation. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities.

BOOT-CAMP - Challenging combination of cardio + strength training--  lots of variety and options offered for every fitness level.

TABATA - Various exercises done at at 20 sec work then 10 sec rest. Strength training combined with cardio bursts and balance challenges keeps you strong and prepared for day-to-day activities.

CIRCUIT - Rotate through high-energy cardio + strengthening exercises. May include kickboxing. 

POWER SCULPT - Get ready for an entire body muscle training workout. Use a variety of resistance training tools and body weight.

METABOLIC BODY FUSION - Strength & Cardiovascular Conditioning, Designed to “tone and condition muscles” while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.

PILATES FUSION - basic foundations of Pilates and combine them with Barre inspired moves.

STRONG by Zumba® is now STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Strong by Zumba is still about moving with high-tempo beats, but instead of sashaying your way into fitness, you’re focusing on HIIT movements.

FOREVER FIT - Low impact workout that incorporates a whole body movement to build strength, improve balance, and increase range of motion to help you stay forever fit.

SOMATIC MEDITATIVE YOGA FLOW - Yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of Yoga Movements, by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion.

TAI CHI® - This traditional Chinese martial art consists of slow, gentle exercises designed to heal and energize the whole person: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Proven to lower stress while improving respiration, balance, mobility and strength. 

CHAIR YOGA - This yoga class is performed while seated or with the aid of a chair and is targeted for every “body.” Come join us as we connect body, mind and breath. Relaxation and meditation follow.

DEEP STRETCH - So, there's never been a better time to start stretching. Basic Stretch and basic yoga poses. Grab a mat, a chair, bosu ball, stretch bands, yoga straps can be used - get familiar with these essential moves (along with their modifications) so you can be confident that you're going to feel your best, improve balance, flexibility, strengthen core and more.
