At 690 Women’s Fitness, you can discuss your fitness goals/objectives with a  Personal Trainer and prepare a personalized fitness plan that works for you and your schedule. The Personal Trainer will begin with a  free personalized Fitness Assessment to identify your baseline information and use that information to tailor a  fitness plan that will best achieve your goals and objectives. Personal Trainer sessions are not included with memberships and are payable directly to the PT.
